It is very common to work with a student who is experiencing stress or anxiety and needs resources beyond the classroom. This list of student support resources is designed to provide support services (on and off-campus).

Bias Incident Reporting
ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ encourages any member of the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ community to submit any bias or hate-related incidents that they observe or experience at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. The Office of Community Standards leads a team of campus administrators who review and take action on any such reports. Anonymous reports are accepted; however, anonymous reporting does make it more difficult to proceed with an investigation without a named reporter to follow up with. Academic Honesty
Faculty members who want to report incidents of academic dishonesty in the classroom can do so .
General Incident Report
Anyone can submit an with a concern for someone’s well-being—emergencies should be reported immediately to the Department of Public Safety at 312.808.6363—if a violation of the Code of Conduct may have occurred, or any other concern related to ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳.
All students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to understand the mental health resources available at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. Further please review and feel free to share this list of general resources specifically for ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ students.
Care Referral
The Care Referral supports the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ community in making a referral to the Cares team within the Office of Student Affairs & Dean of Students.
If you have a concern about a student or situation but are unsure how to respond or who to contact, please complete a Care Referral. The information that you provide can assist us with providing the student or perhaps you with necessary resources.
