Students interested in enrolling at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ for Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) from crosstown institutions must submit the ROTC Crosstown Admission Form below. A member of the Office of the Registrar team will send information regarding registration for ROTC Crosstown courses.
- : This form must be completed by students seeking academic credit from ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ as part of their ROTC Crosstown registration. Students who have previously taken ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ courses or who have already been admitted into the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ ROTC Crosstown program do not need to complete the form.
