Support Desk
The Support Desk is the central point of contact for technology support at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. The Support Desk staff provides technical troubleshooting and administrative support for all students, faculty, and staff. To more readily respond to your needs, the Support Desk uses a peer-to-peer model allowing student workers to support student issues. The client services/level II team handles faculty and staff issues.
