If you change your major or add an additional major, you need to submit this form so that you can complete the new student orientation of the new program to access your courses on Coursera. If you do not find the new student orientation of the new program, please contact us via Coursera@iit.edu

- Undergraduate Transfer Credit Petition Form for BIT students: Credit can be awarded for Study.com, Straighterline, and Sophia.org. It is only limited to Free Elective credit. You will need approval via the Transfer Credit Petition form.
