• Cedric Thurman, EVP/chief diversity officer/group head of community and diversity, equity, and inclusion at Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago
• Melissa Donaldson, senior vice president and chief diversity officer at Wintrust Bank
• Regina Cross, vice president of the investment management division at Goldman Sachs
• Latoya Lewis, vice president of innovation at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago

Alicia Bunton, associate vice president of the Office of Community Affairs and Outreach at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, will moderate the discussion.
