Bystander Intervention Training
This training, facilitated by the People's Response Team and hosted by ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳'s Coalition on Inclusion, focuses on ways to intervene in public instances of racist, anti-Black, anti-Muslim, anti-Trans, and other forms of oppressive interpersonal violence and harassment while considering the safety of all parties. In addition to group discussion, the training utilizes role-plays as a primary tool in practicing intervention techniques and learning new ways to protect ourselves and our communities.
This training is open to all ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ students, faculty, and staff. Space is limited to the first 50 people who RSVP. Please send your RSVP to Tara Butterfield.
